Q: What is "TT-East" and how did it get started?
A: TT-East is an annual multi-day Audi TT owner's event held in a different city/venue each year in the United States somewhere east of the Mississippi river. The first "TT-East" event was held in late April 2001 in Somerset, PA to tour Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob houses. This event was not known as TT-East at that time as it was called the "First Annual North American Audi TT Gathering", but it is now simply known as the "Fallingwater Event". The second TT-East event was "TT-East, Asheville 2002" held in Asheville, North Carolina, in early May 2002 to tour the Biltmore Estate and drive Deal's Gap.

Q: Why the name TT-East?
A: The name TT-East was inspired by the first official "TT West" west coast Audi TT owner's event organized by Chuck Guice and held in early October of 2001. We liked the simplicity of the name and adopted a similar name for our annual event... with Chuck's permission of course.

Q: Who is TT-East and is TT-East affiliated with anyone else?
A: TT-East is a not-for-profit Audi TT owners event held once a year and is produced by an all-volunteer staff. TT-East is in no way affiliated with Audi of America, Audi Germany, nor any other Audi club, organization, event, or company.

Q: I am interested in sponsorship for this year's event, who do I contact?
A: Please see the contact page for further information.

Q: Where will TT-East be held next year?
A: There is no city/venue known for next year at this time, plus we normally do not announce next year's event city/venue until after the current event is complete.

Q: I see that there are several area drives planned for TT-East, what are the details of this?
A: We have planned a winery tour drive and several "ala carte" self-guided scenic area drives for TT-East, Canandaigua 2003 and the details of each drive will be made available to all officially registered TT-East attendees at the event. Also, please understand that these drives are designed to be leisurely in nature and no aggressive driving will be tolerated.

Q: Is there a limit as to how many cars or drivers will be allowed for the drives?
A: There are no limits as to the number of cars or drivers for any drive. Also, to make overall logistics smoother and more efficient, drivers may be required to break and stage into smaller groups.

Q: Does registration include a raffle ticket?
A: Yes, each individual registration includes one raffle ticket per person.

Q: Do I need to be present at the raffle drawing to win?
A: Yes, you must attend the Saturday May 17, 2003 dinner at the Canandaigua Inn on the Lake to obtain your raffle ticket and you must be present to win.

Q: What are the raffle prizes?
A: We will not announce the raffle prizes until just prior to the event itself. Be sure to check out the sponsors page to get an idea as to what to possibly expect.
